Eitan and Lucinda it was nice meeting you this past Saturday at the UC Davis airport. Thank you for sharing your website. It was very informative and inspiring. If ya'll (yes I'm from texas) want some cool airports to visit in the area for breakfast/lunch trips try-
Columbia, CA - identifier O22 (It is a State Park/City in the gold country. Nice little half mile hike into town. Good for a lunch/breakfast trip - try the Lick Skillet cafe)
Castle AFB - identifier KMER (converted AFB with 2 mile long runway. Cool large aviation museum with a cafe)
Harris Ranch - identifier 3O8 (little lighted runway that parallels Interstate 5. Great steaks!! They have a nice hotel there for overnight stay with a olympic style pool.
Thanks,
Cameron
